What is?
We will explain how one of the most basic, but excellent, products of our Mediterranean cuisine is obtained: extra virgin olive oilAt Trull d'Agullana we work with two varieties of olives that we will teach you to distinguish: the first is the Argudell, the native variety of Empordà, the second is the Picual. The Picual variety is more typical of southern Spain, but in our land it develops unique flavor notes: the "Tramuntana" wind and the Mediterranean give them a very special and unique touch. We will show you our facilities so that you can see how this liquid gold is obtained, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and the Albera Natural Park.
The explanation will go hand in hand with a tasting of our oils and will end with a snack with suggestions for dishes and recipes paired with our infused oils.
How to book?
To make a reservation, you must select the number of people you wish to attend the tasting and proceed with payment on the website. Once this is done, we will contact you to arrange a day that best suits you to come and do the tasting in Agullana.
