Via Domitia is an exquisite extra virgin olive oil produced by Llàgrimes del Canigó. This high quality oil is distinguished by its perfect balance in the mouth, combining sweet, spicy and bitter notes. Its richness manifests itself in secondary aromas, both green and ripe, culminating with a pleasant almond sensation on the palate. The careful preparation includes absolute rest in vat, giving it a resplendent color that reflects its exceptional quality.

With a limited production of 2500 bottles per year, this Extra Virgin olive oil is a blend of the Argudell and Picual varieties. The Via Domitia has been the emblem of Trull de Agullana for the last 20 years, marking its excellence since its creation.

What makes Via Domitia even more special is its new initiative to present a unique label each year, highlighting the uniqueness of each vintage. In 2023, the label presented a work by the painter Xavier Gonzàlez Arnau, and this year, in 2024, we have the collaboration of the talented Lluís Roura. Roura has provided the image of his painting "Agullana" (2006), inspired by the landscape of the town of the same name, where the Trull de Agullana is located. Lluís Roura, recognized for his Empordà landscapes, is a self-taught painter with an outstanding career in the art world.
